About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Consultant (Off-Plan) to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will guide clients in making informed property investment decisions, while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developers, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in identifying and purchasing suitable off-plan properties.
• Provide accurate market insights and advice to help clients make sound investment choices.
• Address all client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Contribute to team performance and business growth.
• Maintain strong and long-term relationships with clients, developers, and co-workers.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s latest property trends, projects, and developer offerings.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai.
• Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market and off-plan developments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and a strong team player.
